Our Portec/Kolberg twin shaft pug mill has the capability to produce precise, custom blended material mixes at your location. The cold-mix method allows high production rates with the flexibility to apply various stabilizing agents. Completely portable with fast setup, easy calibrations and an 80 foot radial stacking conveyor allows material to be blended and stockpiled where and when convenient for the end user. Equipped to blend asphalt emulsions, lime, flyash, cement, processed shingles and other liquid or dry additives, our pug mill produces consistent, homogenous mixes for economical base and surface courses and other mixed material needs.
